Sasha Gillin is active in many areas of the firm’s practice. She represents individual employees, unions, and multi-employer benefit funds.

Sasha represents individual employees in discrimination and wage and hour matters, as well as workers from the building trades in workplace injury litigation. Sasha also represents unions in arbitration and administrative proceedings.

Sasha is experienced in bond claim and mechanic’s lien litigation to collect unpaid wages and delinquent employer contributions to employee benefit funds. Sasha also represents health and welfare, pension and other employee benefit funds in ERISA litigation matters.

Prior to joining Segal Roitman, LLP as an associate in 2014, Sasha worked full-time as a paralegal at the firm through law school. At Suffolk University Law School, Sasha received the Foley Hoag Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law, which is awarded to one Suffolk Law student each year for high achievement in the study of labor and employment law. Prior to joining Segal Roitman, Sasha interned with the AFL-CIO on union organizing campaigns.

Sasha lives on the North Shore with her family and enjoys spending time outdoors.
