Michael R. Keefe is an associate with the firm, and active in all of its practice areas. He focuses on advising and representing unions in all aspects of the labor-management relationship, including the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, grievance and interest arbitration, and related litigation and administrative proceedings. He also advises unions on internal governance, including drafting and administering constitutions and bylaws, conducting meetings and elections, and complying with fiduciary and reporting obligations.

Mike is a member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance. He is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section. He is a contributing editor to two of the Section’s treatises: The Developing Labor Law and Labor Union Law and Regulation.
