Nico J. Marulli is an associate at the firm and is active in all of the firm’s practice areas. He represents public and private sector unions in grievance arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and related litigation. He also represents individual employees in discrimination litigation, wage and hour litigation, and severance negotiations. While studying at Northeastern University School of Law, Nico served as a co-op student for U.S. Magistrate Judge Judith Dein, for the Solicitor’s Office of the U.S. Department of Labor, and for Segal Roitman.
Nico is a member of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association, the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance, and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He has co-authored an article featured in the Massachusetts Bar Association’s March/April 2024 Section Review. He has also served as a contributing editor to several compendiums of labor law, employment law, and employee benefits law.
