Jonathan D. Levitan is an associate at the firm and is active the firm’s labor and employment practice areas. Jon represents public and private sector unions in grievance arbitrations, administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies, and related litigation. He also represents individual employees in discrimination litigation, wage and hour litigation, and severance negotiations.

Before joining the firm, Jon worked for nearly two years as a Field Attorney for Region 1 of the National Labor Relations Board where he investigated unfair labor practice charges, represented the Region in unfair labor practice litigation, and managed representation cases. While employed at Region 1, Jon also served on the Executive Board of Local 1 of the National Labor Relations Board Union. Jon is a member of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association, the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance, and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
