Paige W. McKissock is a partner at Segal Roitman who is active in many areas of the firm’s practice. Paige represents private and public sector unions in arbitrations, collective bargaining, and administrative proceedings. Paige also advocates for individual employees in wage and hour, discrimination, and other employment disputes, with a focus on protecting the rights of the low-wage immigrant workforce. Her clients include unions and individuals in the construction, education, transportation, utility, and textile sectors, among others. As a member of the firm’s ERISA practice group, Paige advises Taft-Hartley funds regarding complex questions of plan compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.

Paige has authored and contributed to papers for the Lawyers Coordinating Committee of the AFL-CIO, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, and the American Bar Association on a variety of topics that intersect with her practice including technology laws, protected leave and accommodations laws, ethical issues in representing low wage employees, and the rights of immigrant workers. In 2017, she presented at the annual conference of the Lawyers Coordinating Committee of the AFL-CIO.

Paige became a partner at Segal Roitman in 2021. Before joining Segal Roitman as an associate in 2013, Paige interned with the Fair Labor Division of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, the Employment Unit of Greater Boston Legal Services, and Segal Roitman. She was an articles editor for the Northeastern University Law Journal. Before attending law school, Paige participated in several public interest advocacy projects in Honduras and Guatemala and worked at an immigration law firm in Boston. She is fluent in Spanish.
